Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the Lucky Feckers Honda Civic Giveaway (“Promotion”).

1.2 By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 This Promotion is conducted under NSW Trade Promotion Authority TP/04760.

 

2. Promoter

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

3.2 Entry is also open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom (where permitted by local law).

3.3 Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

 

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The Promotion commences at 5:00PM AWST on 28/02/2026 and closes at 02:59AM AWST on 22/03/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.


5. How to Enter

5.1 Standard Entry (Rewards Club)

Entrants may receive complimentary entries by purchasing an eligible Lucky Feckers Rewards Club package via luckyfeckers.com.au during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible Rewards Club purchase will receive the number of entries specified at the time of purchase.

Purchase of a Rewards Club package is not the only method of entry.

5.2 Free Alternative Method of Entry (FAMOE)

To enter without purchase, entrants may:

Handwrite their full name, residential address, email address and phone number on a plain piece of paper and post it to:

Entries must be received by the closing date to be valid.

Each valid postal entry will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

 

6. Entry Conditions

6.1 Multiple entries are permitted.

6.2 Each entry must be either:

  • Associated with a separate eligible Rewards Club purchase, or
  • A separate valid postal entry submission.
    6.3 Automated, bulk, AI-generated or third-party entries are not permitted.
    6.4 Illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

 

7. Allocation of Entry Numbers

7.1 Entry numbers will be allocated randomly after the Promotion closes.

7.2 A Final Entry List will be published prior to the draw.

7.3 The draw will be conducted using a random number generator and cross-referenced with the Final Entry List.

 

8. Draw Details

8.1 The draw will take place live on Facebook on 22/03/2026 at 7:30PM AWST.

8.2 The draw will be conducted under independent supervision.

8.3 Reserve entries may be drawn in case the winning entry is deemed invalid.

 

9. Winner Notification

9.1 The winner will be contacted within 24 HOURS of the draw.

9.2 The winner’s name will be published on luckyfeckers.com.au and official social media channels.


10. Prize

10.1 One (1) winner will receive:

  • A Honda Civic valued at AUD $15,000
    OR
  • $15,000 AUD cash alternative

10.2 The winner must elect their preferred option within 7 days of notification.

10.3 The vehicle will be provided in roadworthy condition at time of handover.

10.4 No additional warranties are provided beyond statutory guarantees.

 

11. Cash Alternative

11.1 The cash alternative will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

11.2 The winner is responsible for providing correct banking details.

 

12. Unclaimed Prize

12.1 If the prize is not claimed within 3 months, a redraw may be conducted on 21/06/2026, subject to regulatory approval.


13. Verification & Promoter Rights

13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility.

13.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or tampers with the Promotion.

13.3 The Promoter’s decision is final.

 

14. Liability

14.1 Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

14.2 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation.


15. Publicity

15.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including the use of their name and image.


16. Privacy

16.1 Personal information is collected to administer the Promotion and handled in accordance with the Lucky Feckers Privacy Policy
