Refund policy
Welcome to Lucky Feckers. We operate a premium rewards club and membership program. By purchasing a membership tier or package, you receive immediate access to our exclusive member platform, digital content, partner discounts, and physical merchandise, along with automatic inclusion into our promotional loyalty draws.
Because our digital assets, member discounts, and promotional entry allocations are provisioned instantly upon checkout, we enforce a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations to maintain compliance with Australian Consumer Law and our merchant processing guidelines.
1. No Refunds After Promotional Draws
All membership purchases, including single-tier club packages and ongoing subscriptions, are non-refundable once the associated promotional loyalty draw has closed or taken place.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a promotional rewards draw.
- Failing to win a promotional prize.
- Accidental purchases discovered after a draw has been finalized.
2. Discretionary Refund Criteria (Prior to Draw)
If you made an error during checkout or changed your mind, you may request a refund strictly before the promotional draw period closes.
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team immediately at luckyfeckers@gmail.com with your order number and ABN-linked receipt.
- If a refund is approved by management prior to the draw, your membership status will be instantly revoked, and any associated entries into the promotional loyalty draw will be permanently voided.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 3β5 business days for your banking institution to process the credit.
3. Subscription Cancellations (Ongoing Members)
If you are enrolled in a recurring monthly or periodic loyalty membership tier, you hold complete control over your subscription.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your ongoing membership at any time directly through your Lucky Feckers Member Portal, or by emailing luckyfeckers@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle.
- Post-Cancellation Perks: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your member perks and active promotional draw entries until the end of your current paid billing period. No further automated charges will be made to your account.
- No Retrospective Refunds: Cancelling a subscription stops future billings; it does not retroactively refund previous months of active membership.
4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy
We take fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes seriously.
- Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for a completed membership purchase after a draw has concluded is considered a breach of our terms.
- In the event of an unauthorized dispute, Lucky Feckers reserves the right to suspend the user's account, void all historical and future promotional entries, and provide full transaction logs, IP delivery evidence, and clear terms acceptance data to the processing bank to defend the claim.
